Krista Barnes, LMT
I'm fully committed to all forms of natural and holistic healing. I'm a licensed massage therapist who is additionally certified in prenatal massage therapy, myofunctional therapy, Reiki I & II, Aromatherapy massage, and am an Upledger trained Craniosacral practitioner. My goal is to use the best modality, or any combination of modalities, to get you feeling better as soon as possible.

Deep Tissue
Deep Tissue Massage reaches deeper layers of muscles. It is used to break down knots and adhesions and relieve trigger points throughout the body. This massage is beneficial for athletes and those whose careers require long hours of sitting or standing.
Restorative Swedish
The goal of Restorative Swedish is to melt away muscle tension and increase the blood flow to your heart. Swedish Massage is extremely therapeutic as it decreases muscle toxins, increases oxygen levels in the blood, and improves flexibility in the body.
Hot Stone
Hot Stone Massage is paired with Restorative Swedish or Deep Tissue. Stones are heated and used with oils to sooth, warm, and massage your muscles. This allows your body to relax and release tension and stress.
